Business Analyst / Project Manager - CRM based projects

For success in this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have experience with CRM in a BA or PM capacity (ideally both). Please only applying if you have been involved in project management or business analysis experience around a CRM project or programme.

You will be working for a world-renowned arts institution based in South Kensington. You will be working within a CRM & Data Insight team of 6 people and sitting alongside the IT team of 25 in an organisation of 1300 users.

Our client are heavy users of Microsoft Dynamics and the CRM is the central nervous system of the institution. It is not essential that you have experience of Dynamics, more essential that you have experience in CRM from a project and business analyst capacity.

New initiatives:

  • Driving new ways of work with the CRM
  • Strategic use and ownership of the CRM


  • Typically, 2-3 projects a year so large projects
  • Would like agile experience. Depending on what type of projects could be agile or waterfall. eCommerce, CRM, ticketing, looking at customer numbers
  • Aim is to work across all of the stakeholders - customer account departments, finance, digital etc
  • eCommerce project - going out to tender, something like magneto due to be replacing
  • Customer / data segmentation project
  • New customer / contact strategy project - unifying data across departments and to enable intelligent cross-selling
  • Use CRM strategy to drive new initiatives
  • Automating where possible
  • Agile good - digital media team very much under Agile / Waterfall methodology

Within our client's industry sector, they are leading the way with how they use CRM so there will be loads of really stimulating projects and programmes here.

Agile and Waterfall approaches are useful here

You will be reporting to a head of department that doesn't like to micro-manage so you will have plenty of autonomy, so you must be comfortable in working alone.

  • Must have CRM experience
  • Not a micro-manager - looking for driven people that will be able to look after and run the projects autonomously
