Service Desk Analyst - Windows/Apple + O365 - FTSE 250

We are searching for a Service Desk Analyst role for a global FTSE 250 Company, with primary location in London with convenient access to Blackfriars and St. Pauls tube stations.


As a friendly and naturally supportive individual you will join a team of 8 to provide core service support (e-mail, file and print, end user computing, back office applications) across the user base of approx. 2000.


*Great deal of emphasis on strong communication and interpersonal skills*


Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to responding to request of end user base
  • Troubleshooting, implementing corrective action
  • Detailed logging of support details
  • Keeping service desk manager/teammates informed about IT service issues
  • Maintaining IT technology catalogue
  • Providing informational assistance between departments

Technical environment:

  • Hybrid Windows/Mac environment, experience in both is not essential
  • Windows 7 & Windows 10
  • Mac OS
  • Microsoft Office 365 / O365
