An amazing opportunity for a Service Delivery Analyst to join a leading provider of Digital Transformation for a fast-growing company that focuses on process automation. They are a global company, servicing large markets within the Financial, Health and Insurance sector by providing B2B software and services. This is an 80% service/process management role and 20% hands on desktop support

In this role you will be the first dedicated service focused employee (which also encompasses some hands on service desk support) in the business so it will be essential that you have 2yrs+ experience and be happy to work autonomously and bring your ideas and experience to the table. This is a great opportunity to make a real mark and influence this role within the business.

This will be an 80% service/ITIL implementation and 20% hands-on position where you will be supporting the circa 40 employee's Microsoft Windows 10 based laptops, desktops and general running of the business. ITIL experience will be essential to you can install the correct processes and procedures for our client… SUCH A GREAT OPPORTUNITY!

This is a role for an experienced Service Manager as you will be working closely with the IT department ensuring the correct process and procedures are in place.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experienced Service Analyst with deep knowledge and understanding of ITIL best practice
  • Can advise on best practice, has the experience to implement new processes and can manage and run the day to day service operation
  • ITIL Certifications strongly desired
  • Demonstrable experience of driving continuous service improvement
  • Confident, effective and influencing communicator
  • Excellent documentation and report writing skills
  • Highly self-motivated and self-reliant with a very proactive attitude
  • ITSM Experience ideally
  • Business Relationship Management

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working in an IT Process/workload management role for 2+ years.
  • Enjoys the service delivery role and enjoys the ITIL process.
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.

Desirable

  • Excellent knowledge of ITIL industry standard Process.
  • Previous experience in a Service delivery role.
  • Business analysis or Process/Workload management skills.
  • Previous experience working in a tech business or technical environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational and planning skills.
  • Passion to learn new technologies.
