Application Support Lead
A well-known London institution is looking for a Applications Support Lead based in South Kensington. This is a newly created role within the IT department of circa 20 people. This role will be pivotal to ensure the IT department's licensing and asset management is consistent and accurate. This is key for our client to ensure that their CRM and ticketing platforms are performing well and up to date.
This is very much a hands on support role though you will also be attending multiple meetings stakeholders and 3rd party providers. You will be joining and leading a team of 3 talented support analysts in this role, and you must have experience with Galaxy Ticketing and Silverbear CRM to be considered.
Our client are currently working fully remote at the moment, and there are remote working options available (2/3 days a week at home) once everything returns to 'normal'.
