DevOps Engineer - Windows Server (on-prem) + Azure DevOps (or others are acceptable) + PowerShell

Great opportunity here to work for a DevOps Consultancy with a great name in the industry!

3 months, extensions likely, *Outside IR35*, 100% remote role.

DevOps Engineer (Windows) on a Contract basis to work with an established team, to help our client's customer accelerate their software delivery capability, within their current on-prem estate. It's a Windows environment, so you'll already be familiar and comfortable using the Microsoft tech stack.

What you'll do...

  • CI/CD pipeline engineering using Azure DevOps for build & release
  • Infrastructure engineering/automation
  • Configuration management automation
  • Creation of Monitoring and Alerting Dashboards
  • Automation of test suites
  • Documentation and writing HLDs
  • Knowledge transfer and pairing with other members of the team

Tech Stack...

  • Windows Server 2016 and MS SQL
  • SQL version control
  • Azure DevOps
  • Ansible
  • OutSystems and Mulesoft pipelines
  • VMware
  • Any experience with Redgate technologies such as Readyroll is a bonus - DB deployment automation (preferred)
