Service Desk Analyst - ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory, O365 - COOL FTSE 250 company

This is a 6 month FTC for a maternity cover but extensions are likely for the right candidate!

Expectation will be to work in the office 1 day per week, location is close to Blackfrairs and St. Paul's tube stations.

Shift pattern to cover 8am-6pm Mon-Fri. No On-call.

As a friendly and naturally supportive individual you will join a team of 5 to provide core service support (e-mail, file and print, end user computing, back office applications) across the user base of approx. 1000 users.

Unusually in this role the successful candidate will have experience/exposure to ServiceNow (for documenting, running reports and admin) and SCCM. This will be along with the usual users support, O365 email management, Azure AD etc.

Technical environment:

  • Hybrid Windows/Mac environment, experience in both is not essential, the main user base is Windows
  • Microsoft Office 365 / O365 (especially for email management)
  • ServiceNow
  • SCCM for checking devices and people
  • Azure AD - Active Directory Management

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to responding to request of end user base
  • Troubleshooting, implementing corrective action
  • Detailed logging of support details
  • Keeping service desk manager/teammates informed about IT service issues
  • Maintaining IT technology catalogue
  • Providing informational assistance between departments
