Service Desk Manager - St Albans - Fintech Company

I am currently recruiting for a Service Desk Manager to run a team of two Service Desk Analysts and work hands on supporting internal IT infrastructure in O365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Windows 10 to roughly 150 users and growing quickly to a firm in St Albans which have a mixed approach to remote working and a strong track record of growth and adapting to be the dominant business in their space.

Essential Skills:

  • Technology Support experience across Windows environments.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • An automation mindset to make sure that BAU can be kept to a minimum and increase reliability.
  • Great communication skills to work with other stakeholders in the business.
