Data Architect Principal Technical Learning Specialist/Trainer

Location: Hybrid working - UK

I am looking for an Data Architect Trainer for a market leader in the Technology training arena for many years and right now they are in a period of rapid growth! It's an exciting time to be part of the team as they invest heavily in the development of their delivery capabilities including their platforms, products and their people.

This consultancy is a leading provider of consulting services to commercial, financial and government departments, they strive to deliver tech solutions with the biggest providers where there is shortages within the market and the costs can be great enabling them to be self-sufficient post-delivery.

They are passionate about delivering first class programmes, that offers trainers the opportunity to be exposed to every aspect of new tech so they can teach it but also gain hands on experience through becoming consultants with the consultancies industry leading clientel.

Essential Skills:

• Experience of using Data Pipelines architecture and the tools, processes required to deliver a successful data architecture
• High level of understanding of Data Architecture, Data Maturity and its assessment
• Proficient in two or more of the following: Informatica, Tableau, Snowflake, Collibra, Alation, Teams metaverse, Altyrex, Cluedin
• Expertise using Data Modelling: Conceptual, Logical and Physical modelling on Relational models, Schemeless and big data modelling
• Experience developing Technical Data Governance & Data Quality
• Experience working with one or more of Cloud-native data services, such as: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Working experience of using DWH, Data Stewards, Data Owners, Data Offices, Data Delivery methodologies
• Ideally be able to demonstrate experience of data management tools, Catalogues and automation.
• Experience Delivering Training is desirable but not essential
• Ability to distil complex information into easy-to-digest anecdotes stories or lessons
• Strong people skills - confidence in speaking and delivering Training in front of a classroom

Role:

• Responsible for the delivery, design, and development of innovative professional data visualisation and engineering learning courses.
