Prism Digital is a niche IT Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the DevOps and Cloud industry. We pride ourselves on being experts in our market and offering a consultative approach to our clients, whilst taking a genuine interest in the industries we help hire into. As a team of about half a dozen employees, we are a close-knit bunch with a start-up mentality. Over the next 18 months, we are looking to double our headcount and cement ourselves as *the* leading DevOps talent partner. It's set to be an exciting and very rewarding journey!

As an experienced 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant, you will immediately play an integral role in the company and have license to take ownership of your own projects and team. Working side by side with the Founder, you will be able to drive your own ideas into the business and build your own team - our culture very much encourages and embraces new ideas from all members of the team. Knowledge of the multitude of tech roles and differences is a must.

We are looking for people who have the following:

  • IT / Technology Recruitment experience
  • Experience in mentoring or leading other recruiters
  • Excellent telephone, written, and face to face communication skills
  • A persuasive and likeable personality
  • A successful track record in sales
  • Great work ethic, a passion for success, and relentless energy
  • An appetite for learning and personal development
  • A keen interest in IT and technology
  • An analytical mind and an eagerness for following processes that result in demonstrated success
  • Ability to work closely as a team and collaborate with your peers
  • Resilience and the wherewithal to handle rejection

In return, the following will be on offer:

  • £30k - £40k base salary, depending on experience
  • Base salary promotion targets clearly defined on a 6-monthly basis
  • Defined career path, with promotions attached to sales targets

Commission Scheme:

  • Industry-leading and highly lucrative uncapped commission scheme @ 25%
  • 25% commission and no accumulative commission schemes - no smoke and mirrors - e., you bill £30k in a month, you get £7.5k commission.
  • Our average placement fee is £12k
  • No threshold/cost of desk deductions
