IT Trainer - ITIL & Service Management

Location: Remote but with some travel to the office in either London - Leeds - Manchester

Area of expertise I am looking for: Extensive knowledge of best practice, service management frameworks and standards (Inc. ITIL, SDI, SIAM etc...), ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL v3 Expert

I am looking for super skilled Service Management Senior Learning Specialists with excellent ITIL 3 and ITIL 4 knowledge. You will deliver engaging and immersed service management (ITIL) courses and programmes, whilst building positive relationships and sharing expertise internally and externally. Bring your excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills and thus contribute to organisational development and quality improvement through collaboration with others and develops innovative course materials. Get excited by offering theoretical understanding of effective practice in teaching, learning and assessment, enabling learners to share responsibility for their own learning and assessment and encourages learners to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own work and study.

This consultancy is a leading provider of consulting services to commercial, financial and government departments, they strive to deliver tech solutions with the biggest providers where there is shortages within the market and the costs can be great enabling them to be self-sufficient post-delivery.

Essential Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of best practice, service management frameworks and standards (Inc. ITIL, SDI, SIAM etc...)
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional
  • ITIL v3 Expert
  • Contribute to organisational development and quality improvement through collaboration with others and develops innovative course materials
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills including:
  • Ability to present to camera (live delivery, and short video creation)
  • Ability to facilitate learning events using a variety of techniques
  • Ability to coach/mentor learners in different learning environments
    Apply theoretical understanding of effective practice in teaching, learning and assessment, enabling learners to share responsibility for their own learning and assessment and encourages learners to take a responsible and conscientious attitude to their own work and study

Role:

  • To deliver engaging and immerse service management (ITIL) courses and programmes, whilst building positive relationships and sharing expertise internally and externally
