We have career defining opportunity for a DevOps Engineer who will be part of a dynamic team in London. You will be responsible for effective deployment and operation of their core products which are deployed in data centres around UK and Australia.

As a DevOps engineer you will be gaining valuable exposure to software deployment, maintenance, fault identification & resolution, change control management, as well as developing scripts to help automate intensive manual processes. Through all this you will be gaining knowledge and honing your skills on tech like Java, T-SQL, Python and AWS, as well as DevOps tech such as Jenkins, Ansible and Terraform.

They have been established for 50 years as of this year and currently employ over 180 dynamic thinkers and innovators. The company specializes in software solutions for the Financial Services industry. Their software ranges from asset management to invoice discounting. They have a small suite of products which they are supplying to over 150 clients to date.

Essential Skills:

• Java/SQL/Tomcat software solutions, in either a large organisation or hosted managed service.
• Microsoft SQL Server database administration and T-SQL skills (SQL2016, SQL2019).
• PowerShell; Python; Ansible; Git; Terraform; Jenkins for DevOps scripting & automation. Building CI/CD pipelines experience is Essential
• Solarwinds, VMWare, Windows Server, and SQL Server
• AWS for supporting various software solutions.
• ITIL v4 foundation level desired
