They are looking for an exceptional candidate to join their growing Helpdesk/Desktop Team in a Tech Support role
This support team deals with the new joiner and relocation setups, daily support of user requests, purchase and maintenance of desktops and smartphones, software licensing, and application deployment. You will continuously improve workflows by assessing, documenting and programming fixes and solutions, and providing training. The valuable work of this team contributes to strengthening their business resilience. Regardless of the challenge, The company is always motivated to deliver a reliable service.
A huge plus would be coming from a finance or investment background with some development and automation experience
